Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At Bimla Jewellers, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, resized, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, engraved items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at 06762 224 930 to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Packaging: Securely package the item in its original box with all the accompanying documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Bimla Jewellers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process usually takes 5-7 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
- Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return was due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
